One product. Several buyers. Different reasons to care.

A finance leader, a marketing lead and an operations manager rarely respond to the same argument. Persona campaigns give each role a page written around the outcome they own.

When it fits

Use this when the account is worth the effort.

  • Your buying committee includes three or more roles with different success measures.
  • The volume is too high for account-by-account research but too valuable for a single generic page.
  • Sales and marketing already disagree about which message to lead with for each role.
  • You want to test which persona angle produces the strongest response before scaling a campaign.

Page structure

What a generated page contains.

Role-framed opening

A headline written for the outcome that role is accountable for, not for the product category.

The problem in their terms

Cost and risk for finance. Pipeline quality and brand control for marketing. Workload and process reliability for operations.

Capability mapping

Only the product capabilities that touch that role's workflow, so the page stays short instead of listing everything.

Proof selection

Case studies and metrics chosen for the role, because a procurement saving and a campaign throughput gain are not interchangeable evidence.

Role-appropriate CTA

A business review for economic buyers, a working session for practitioners, a technical walkthrough for evaluators.

Measurement

What to watch during the campaign.

  • Reply rate by persona, so you can see which role actually engages first.
  • Which page sections each persona reads, which tells you where the real objection sits.
  • Multi-threading: how often a single account opens more than one persona page.
  • Conversion from page visit to booked conversation, split by role.

Persona pages are only as good as the persona definitions behind them. If three personas produce nearly identical pages, the segmentation is not real and a single strong page will perform better.
