sitebatch

We build the system. Your team builds the sites.

SiteBatch is delivered in two parts. We configure a microsite generator around your brand and content. Your team then uses it to produce researched pages for real campaigns.

Part one

What we build for you

  1. Step 01

    Discovery

We map your offer, target segments, buying committee and the campaign that will use the first batch. We agree what a good page has to prove before a buyer will respond.

  2. Step 02

    Design system

We translate your brand into a controlled page system: typography, color, spacing, components, page structures and accessibility rules. Nothing in the generator can break it.

  3. Step 03

    Content libraries

We load approved product messaging, proof points, customer stories, imagery, links and calls to action so every generated page draws from material your marketing team already signed off.

  4. Step 04

    Research configuration

We define what the generator should look up about an account or persona, which sources it may use and how findings appear on the page.

  5. Step 05

    Handover

We train your team on generating, reviewing, publishing and reading engagement. You keep the generator.

Part two

What your team does every campaign

  1. 01

    Choose the target

Pick a single account or upload a CSV of accounts, customers or contacts for the campaign.

  2. 02

    Add the angle

Select the persona, the campaign objective and the offer. This decides which proof and which call to action the page uses.

  3. 03

    Generate

The generator assembles research, messaging and proof into a complete draft page for each row in the list.

  4. 04

    Review and edit

Your team reads each draft, corrects anything inaccurate and edits text, images, links and CTAs directly.

  5. 05

    Publish and measure

Each page gets a unique link, defaults to noindex and nofollow, and reports visits, section engagement and CTA clicks.

Boundaries

What SiteBatch does not do

Being clear about the edges makes the workflow easier to plan.

  • SiteBatch does not send email or manage sequences. It creates the destination your existing tooling links to.
  • SiteBatch does not write every page by hand. The generator drafts, your team reviews.
  • SiteBatch does not publish prospect pages to search engines. Generated pages default to noindex and nofollow.
  • SiteBatch does not guarantee reply-rate or revenue outcomes. It changes the quality of the destination, not the market.

Start with one campaign and one list.

A pilot covers the generator build, the first batch of microsites and a review of what the campaign produced.
