What we collect
If you submit the pilot enquiry form we store the work email, company, role, approximate number of target accounts and campaign objective you provide. We do not collect anything else through this site.
Why we collect it
Solely to respond to your enquiry and to scope a pilot. We do not sell or share enquiry data with third parties for marketing.
Analytics and cookies
This site does not run third-party analytics or advertising trackers and sets no marketing cookies. If that changes we will disclose it here and request consent where required.
Retention
Enquiry records are kept for as long as the conversation is active and for up to 24 months afterwards, then deleted.
Prospect microsites
Pages generated by a client's SiteBatch generator are controlled by that client, who is the data controller for their campaign data. Those pages default to noindex and nofollow and are not indexed or listed publicly by us.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of or deletion of the data you submitted by emailing michael@sitebatch.com. We respond within 30 days.
