Give each named account a page built around their situation.

Named-account outbound already assumes research. A microsite gives that research somewhere to live, so the buyer sees the thinking instead of a paragraph claiming it happened.

When it fits

Use this when the account is worth the effort.

  • The target list is small enough that each account justifies review time, typically 20 to 300 accounts per campaign.
  • The deal size or contract value supports a considered buying process with more than one stakeholder.
  • Your team already gathers account context that never fits inside an email.
  • The offer needs proof, numbers or comparisons that a short message cannot carry.

Page structure

What a generated page contains.

Opening

A headline naming the account and the specific situation you observed, followed by one paragraph stating the hypothesis in plain language.

Account context

The researched signals behind the outreach: recent announcements, hiring patterns, market position or public commitments. Every claim is reviewable before publishing.

Relevance

How your product maps to that context, using approved messaging from the content library rather than freshly invented claims.

Proof

The customer stories, metrics or documentation closest to this account's industry, size and problem, selected from the approved proof library.

Next step

A single call to action matched to the campaign objective, whether that is a working session, a technical review or a scoped assessment.

Measurement

What to watch during the campaign.

  • Positive reply rate compared with a matched cohort that received the same message without a microsite.
  • Page visits per sent link, and how many visitors return a second time.
  • Section engagement, which shows whether buyers care more about proof or about context.
  • CTA clicks and meetings booked, tracked per campaign rather than per rep.

A microsite raises the quality of the destination. It does not fix a weak offer, poor deliverability or a list of accounts that were never a fit. Run it as a campaign experiment with a control group and report what actually changed.
