Launch once. Explain it to every customer individually.

Most launch communication asks the customer to work out the relevance themselves. A generated page per account shows what the release changes for their setup, their plan and their team.

When it fits

Use this when the account is worth the effort.

  • You are shipping a release that affects different customer segments in different ways.
  • Your customer base spans locations, plans, product lines or partner types.
  • Expansion revenue depends on customers understanding a new capability, not just hearing about it.
  • Customer success teams are rewriting the same launch email by hand for every account.

Page structure

What a generated page contains.

What changed

A plain summary of the release, identical across all pages so the core message stays accurate and approved.

What it means for this account

The specific effect on their plan, modules, region or configuration, drawn from the customer data in the campaign list.

Migration or enablement steps

Any action the customer needs to take, with dates, owners and a link to the relevant documentation.

Relevant proof

Early adopter results or benchmark data selected for a similar customer profile rather than a generic launch quote.

Next step

An enablement session, an upgrade conversation or a self-serve activation link, depending on the segment.

Measurement

What to watch during the campaign.

  • Page visits per customer account and how many distinct people from that account open the link.
  • Feature activation or upgrade rate among accounts that opened their page compared with those that did not.
  • Support and success ticket volume about the launch, which usually falls when relevance is explained up front.
  • Time saved by customer success teams compared with writing bespoke launch emails.

Customer pages carry account data, so treat access as private. Pages stay noindex and nofollow by default and should never expose commercial terms, usage data or internal notes that the customer has not already seen.
